Act on what they say not false hope.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They love their job and try by all means to deliver the best.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They should regards us, mental health as we are dealing with peoples issues and when yours is not solved as an employee it won't make it better but drain our energy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to put selfish motives aside start to regard field workers and respect them very much . They should listen to their advice as their see the challenges face to face as specially Namibia team

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They are paying peanuts work we do requires some to be very strong and treated well, so people put up faces but deep down we as employees not happy with our salary as we do not get the reward according to what we do .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As CCW I should get my deserved salary for working in the field, I should be appreciated and respect as part of the organization as we are looked down on as nothing just like we are strangers not employees .our voices as CCWs are not heard or rescued , we suffer inside and mentally draining us.
