What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should start using their skills and experience in help grow the company instead of being the "Yes" men to the CEO. The lack of vision and commitment is clearly visible in the flatline growth, in both revenue and headcount, of the company over the past few years now.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are skilled and generally hard working. However, due to the company culture and the micromanaging approach of the CEO they are highly demotivated, which shows in their lack of courage in decision making and trying new things at work.

More structure and clear roles, consistent guidance from leadership, more engagement for US teams

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview should be structured and the person with the right competencies should be doing the interviews. Also there are multiple rounds that are meaningless with often the final round with the CEO, even for the junior most positions.
