Eugene F. Reilly — Chief Executive Officer of the Americas at Prologis

Mr. Eugene F. Reilly, also known as Gene, has been Chief Executive Officer of the Americas at Prologis, Inc. since June 2011. Mr. Reilly oversees all aspects of business performance in Prologis' operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. He joined AMB Property Corporation in 2003 and has 27 years of experience in real property investment, management and operations throughout the Americas. He served as the President of North America region at AMB Property Corporation since January 1, 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President, North American Development of AMB Property Corporation since October 7, 2003 and served as its Vice President. He joined AMB Property Corp., in October 2003. Mr. Reilly joined AMB's Development Alliance Partner(R) National Development Company in Boston as a Project Manager in 1985 and served as its Senior Vice President of Development. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Development at Cabot Industrial Trust, General Partner of Cabot Industrial Properties LP since October 1997. From 1985 to 1992, he served in a variety of capacities at National Development Corporation. In 1992, he joined Cabot Partners where he served as Director of Leasing for five years. In 1997, he founded Cabot Industrial Trust's development group. He was a Founding Partner of Cabot Properties, Inc. and served as its Chief Investment Officer. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of NAIOP, Inc. Mr. Reilly serves as a Director of Grupo Acci??n, S.A. de C.V. He has been a Director of Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc., since August 2009. He is a Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He served as a Director at Cabot Properties, Inc. He served on the board of directors of the Massachusetts chapter of NAIOP and the National Industrial Education Committee. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Reilly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College.
