Mr. Gary E. Anderson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Europe and Asia at Prologis Inc. since June 2011. Mr. Anderson oversees all aspects of business performance in Prologis' European and Asian operations. Mr. Anderson has been the Chief Operating Officer of Europe and President of Europe and Middle East at ProLogis since November 2006 and the President of Europe since November 2006 and oversaw new development and capital deployment throughout the region. Mr. Anderson previously served as Prologis' head of global operations and investment management until the merger with AMB Property Corporation in 2011. Mr. Anderson served as the Head of Global Investment Management at ProLogis European Properties Fund. Prior to this, he was its President of Europe and the Middle East, as well as Chairman of the European Operating Committee. He also served as Managing Director of Capital Deployment in the U.S. Southwest region; as Senior Vice President of Capital Deployment for Central/Mexico Region of it since May 2003; and as Managing Director of Central and Mexico Region from May 2003 to November 2006. He serves as a Member of the Management Development Program of Security Capital Group Inc. He has been a Director at ProLogis European Properties Fund since January 2010. Mr. Anderson received a B.A. in Marketing from Washington State University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
