What do you like best about the leadership team?
The willingness to be open! I'm outspoken and have never felt any defensiveness from the leadership team!
They make sure that you have what you need to do your job, always ready to help and assist.
The leadership team understand the open source culture and is deeply rooted on it, specially Drupal.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager sees me as a person and not an employee number. My coworkers are very smart and I feel inspired working with them.
Humble and dependable. Everyone's just trying to improve and giving their all. Communicates a lot.
We are a cohesive group.
Strong team with solid web and Drupal expertise.
Coworkers are always willing to assist each other and are positively constructive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ideas are given consideration. I don't think my boss has ever shot down an idea immediately. And whatever existing ideas there are, we always look for ways to improve them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt at ease and the interviewer was nice
The series of 4 interviews are set for all hires. Starts with HR, then the person who will manage the new hire, then a Sr. Team member, then the CEO.
Recruitment was smooth and fast.
It was fast and people were prepared with their questions.
