Up until a few years ago I would say there was positive with the exception of never receiving a raise and when I finally did it being a few pennies.

words cannot describe how awful this company is, and how toxic the working environment they create is. They will do anything to try to create more profit, and extreme understaffing is ubiquitous.

What makes you most happy at work?

Providing quality care to my patients and seeing their health improve
