Local mgmt team listens to us but their hands are essentially tied and are the exec team's puppets
Unfortunately, there is nothing that this leadership does well. Everything must improve.
Communicating honestly with ALL staff concerning hospital troubles! Pay raises would be nice considering Prospect Holdings in the Northeast is the lowest paying hospital in the area. I am interviewing at another facility 4 miles away, the same position/job I do at Prospect for $10-$12 more an HOUR
Unfortunately, I think it would be best to rebook at all processes. Very little Medicare/ Hospital based knowledge.
