Unfortunately, there is nothing that this leadership does well. Everything must improve.
Communicating honestly with ALL staff concerning hospital troubles! Pay raises would be nice considering Prospect Holdings in the Northeast is the lowest paying hospital in the area. I am interviewing at another facility 4 miles away, the same position/job I do at Prospect for $10-$12 more an HOUR
Unfortunately, I think it would be best to rebook at all processes. Very little Medicare/ Hospital based knowledge.
Listening to the employees when they have something to say
The corporate people run the show and are ineffective. They disrespect local legadership regularly.
I've been an RN for 25 years and they are hiring nurses with 2-3 years experience at almost the same salary. Experience counts
I should be paid at least 3 times my current salary given the extreme understaffing
Get annual pay raises. Follow thru with promises.
Administration needs to take the employees seriously when they have a concern

Everyone is running scared because corporate people appear and make ill advised dhanges with poor communication
Everything, to be honest. But staffing appropriately is number one.
Leadership leading by example , making positive changes.
It is really ghetto at times
Poorlu coordinated, feedback wasnt timely
Ask challenging questions, find out if employee plans on being long term or for just 3 month. Speed up when a new hire can start to take the load off FT employees working 50+ hours a week
Staffing, staffing, staffing, and work environment. They continuously pressure you to do more with less, and make you work more and more overtime while being paid piddling amounts
Hourly wages, the same rules regarding mandates across the board. Some smaller dept get OT after 8 hours but another dept do not. These 2 dept are both under the same main branch of the hospital.
Processes broken, Management aware and refuses to fix and educate the appropriate areas.
We are owned by a for profit company and all they care about is money
