Growth is not managed properly and that leads to lots of confusion, inefficient processes and superficial solutions to problems
The state of the internal data and systems infrastructure running the business. Everything was a bubble gum and band-aid solution barely holding together.

Everything is surface level. But ignorance is bliss.
Culture? Which culture? The one that incompetent managers trying to set up?
Does ProsperWorks have any remote positions?
Nope, work from home is frowned up.
It does not. In fact, the CEO emailed everyone at one point requiring people to cc-him on all work from home notifications.
How would you compare interviewing at ProsperWorks to other places you've interviewed?
When I interviewed, there weren't a formal process, it was ok. Right now, we have one of the best interview processes among the market.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from ProsperWorks?
Process was short. Took about 2 weeks.
What should I wear for an interview at ProsperWorks?
No one cares what you wear. Seriously. Just don't wear sweatpants

There is no regular process for this. Pretty annoying.
