Each functional heads seem to have a very strong relationship with their immediate team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be an actual leadership team and commit to driving the business forward. Empower the employees to explore and truly disrupt the space. And stop over analysis paralysis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Slightly above average market rate pay
Average to slightly above average salary. But it all depends on how much the CEO likes you...

People generally see the product / market potential of the product.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work better towards committing to action items and execute vs. discussion all day long
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally very supportive of each other and willing to collaborate / solve problems for the long run.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership team with more experience and stop hiring backup players.
