What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was in person not online
Getting to meet multiple leaders.
The interviews with recruiters was conversational and personable and that was refreshing.
I liked the interviewer and the comfort she exuded.
It's was comfortable and non-intimidating.
The speed at which it progressed. I like that I received updates on how the company felt about the interview so I knew where I stood as I went through the process.
The discussions were collaborative. I felt like we were mutually interviewing one another.
