They are an actual team and don’t mind assisting one another for the greater outcome of the te

My team is efficient. We all bring our strengths to the table and work in an authentically collaborative environment where we we each own our part, as well as the team's goals as a whole.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home and don’t have to clock in/out so I’m able to stay productive while maintaining a healthy work life bal
They are easy going and flexible
Everyone is genuinely nice and treats you like a person and not just an employee.
Relationships are meaningful and committed to dei.
The culture is expanding it reach and position in terms of being inclusive and that is positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need for recognition & celebration of progress made over time, not just big bangs

Getting to meet multiple leaders.
