He further oversees product development, claims functions and policy and account underwriting and customer service. He served as senior vice president of Financial Service Operations for COUNTRY Financial in Bloomington, Illinois, where he was responsible for its life and health operations including product development, underwriting, policy services, actuarial valuation and pricing functions. Mr. Harrison served as an Executive Assistant at Country Mutual Insurance Co Inc. from April 2014 to May 1, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President of Financial Services Operations at Country Mutual Insurance Co Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President of Life and Health Operations since April 2006. Prior to joining COUNTRY in 2001, he spent nine years in the life actuarial field as a company actuary and a consulting actuary. Mr. Harrison earned a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also graduated from the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University School of Business. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He also earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation. He is a graduate of both the COUNTRY Leadership Development Program and Leadership McLean County.
