Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really do care - even during the pandemic they care about the employees, stay connected, communicate to all employees, can keep the employee concerns in mind.
We get the freedom to do our jobs. Leadership trusts us to make decisions and backs us up.
They clearly care deeply for both my job knowledge and growth and for my personal well-being.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
While the work can be tough, I feel I am better better than I would be at other companies. I finalized feel like I am recognized for what I bring to the table, and my efforts to make things happen. At other companies - was never really recognized.
Great health insurance (full coverage + dental).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
I can be my authentic self - and still be accepted. Each person brings a different perspective and everyone had a chance to provide input. I can have serious discussions, and then still laugh and joke with the person I previously disagreed with. We work together to solve problems and we listen.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together - collaborates and cooperates. The work can be challenging, demanding, chaotic - but the time is bearable.
Everyone gets along really well and supports each other. We all learn and grow together.
There is a very good work-life balance and we feel like a family. Digital is a technically complex business and when we make mistakes, the company leadership and coworkers rally around us rather than make the failure a big deal. This is a really different experience than past companies.

Opportunity to ask questions of CFO.
