What do you like best about the leadership team? They really do care - even during the pandemic they care about the employees, stay connected, communicate to all employees, can keep the employee concerns in mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package? While the work can be tough, I feel I am better better than I would be at other companies. I finalized feel like I am recognized for what I bring to the table, and my efforts to make things happen. At other companies - was never really recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?I can be my authentic self - and still be accepted. Each person brings a different perspective and everyone had a chance to provide input. I can have serious discussions, and then still laugh and joke with the person I previously disagreed with. We work together to solve problems and we listen.
