What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Go legally after the management of the Bangalore office. Do some justice.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most decent coworkers struggle to continue. The struggle is because of back stabbing, and a management endorsed level of lying and misguidance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You hear lies all the time. The management retains all the benefits including stocks for themselves. They fire permanent employees within 6 months after learning his key skills.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The US Office never bothered about the welfare of the Indian Office. Constant reminders failed. The Indian management took the US Office for a ride. The US office depended on the poor decisions of the Indian management. The Indian management ignored employee concerns and was never transparent.
