Meeting are often used to talk and make jokes. The real thing is never said, unless it's negative...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The garages urgently need an update. We're out of date on everything. Tables, chairs, the floor and the ceiling.... everything is old and cracky.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Demotivation of the whole salesteam + the delivery service. Clients are treated like they're worth nothing, problems are being covered up... I've closed my eyes for this during a long time, but that's over! This needs to change!
