Unfair management. Low pay. No room for advancement. Unsafe work environment. High school mentality amongst coworkers. Unless you are a friend or relative to the supervisor you will be treated poorly, underpaid, and will still be asked to carry most of the workload
Worst job I ever had. Unsafe work environment. Unfair management. High school like coworkers. No room for advancement. Low pay. None of the machines operate the way they should if at all. Because of this we have to hand stack 50lb bags. The plaqumine DOW location should be shut down immediately.
I have worked at PSC forr over 3 years,Like and job, What uou put in is what you get out othrr the a paycheck! I truly like what i do and where i do it!

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at PSC?
Ban Relatives from protecting each other. As a foreman I tried to layoff or fire an employee cause he refused to work...come to find out his brother was in management...he is still there drawing a check without doing any work
