Unfair management. Low pay. No room for advancement. Unsafe work environment. High school mentality amongst coworkers. Unless you are a friend or relative to the supervisor you will be treated poorly, underpaid, and will still be asked to carry most of the workload

Worst job I ever had. Unsafe work environment. Unfair management. High school like coworkers. No room for advancement. Low pay. None of the machines operate the way they should if at all. Because of this we have to hand stack 50lb bags. The plaqumine DOW location should be shut down immediately.

I have worked at PSC forr over 3 years,Like and job, What uou put in is what you get out othrr the a paycheck! I truly like what i do and where i do it!

Amazing company people are great very family oriented

401k has to be my favorite

The health benefits are extremely competitive in today's market.

We have a very competitive benefits package with a 401K plan. The benefits department worked very hard on getting the best of all this year.

More money. If I am going to be subjected to a subpar work environment then I should be compensated for it. I am constantly told how great of a worker I am but my paycheck fails to reflect that sentiment.

I was told when I started this job I would be compensated for my experience and I was not. I was told I would receive my first raise early and I did not. Months have gone by and i am still making the same wage as I did when I started but I'm being told how great of a job I'm doing.

Comp is on the low End for the responsabilty

I enjoy the laid-back but productive environment that is promoted from day one.

Hardest working group off there

I have such a wonderful team. They work extremely hard to get the job done. There is a lot of travel involved and they just do a wonderful job!

They could actually do their job and clean up their work areas like they are required to do. Majority of the workforce at the plaqumine location are elderly and not in the best shape. So they look to the younger employees to carry their workload.

Only 10 percent of the employees do their job. All the employees who are friends and family sit back and relax while the rest of the outsiders do all the work.

Everyone at our company is very friendly and always so eager to help their co-workers to meet deadlines to make the day to day seem effortless. Great company to work for!

Noone should be making less than $20 a hr minimum in a chemical processing plant based on hazard pay alone. All members of management are from the same hometown and are friends and family. Anyone outside of that circle will be treated unfairly, be underpaid and over worked.

The interview process was laid out very clearly and the HR department was more than willing to help with any questions that may come up.

Stop lieing pay According to experience don't have the experience training the unexperienced and not being compensated

I guess it would be the brainstorming sessions. We all work together to get the best possible results. It is just a fun environment. We have fun but make sure to get the job done. Very positive atmosphere.

People from the outside can see what's going wrong with us and it's hard to see why we can't. We need resopsible peole that treats everyone faairly and we don't have that here.
