Stop hiring friends get experience and stop stealing also stop favoritism by All means
Give incentives to those that work
They need to do their jobs which means watching team members and stop listening to negative gossip. They need to stop filling positions as favors and hire qualified people for the positions
They need to do their jobs and stop listening to whats said and start watching for themselves. They need to stop filling positions as favors and get qualified people to do the job. They need to treat everyone the same.
