Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The new management treats you like a warm body in the position. There is no value for your loyalty and commitment to your position. Reprimands are given for any mistake and put into your personal file. No matter how long you spend here or how well you complete your work PSG will not be a reference.
