What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good team better clarity and clear expectations
We are given great training and ample support. Direct requests without micro management. I feel like they appreciate the work you do.
Collaboration,monitering evalustion planining and implementation
I have no leadership executive in charge at large or guidance no training set up policy procedures rules regulatory state status as im a nurse
They're hard working and put in effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication and giving positive feedback
Communicating, Direction, Coordinating, Following through with employee training and licensing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Life insurance, pto, paid holidays are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All payables are deducted abd as I get lower salary and inflattion rate rise in alarming ways in Ethiopia
we make less than cashiers at Target, no paid days off, no health
My salary appears to be below the average for my years of experience as an engineer.
no benefits and annual raises are small, xmas bonuses were eliminated but they didn't tell us that until january
I'm only part time so I don't qualify for benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Opness ready to helpeach others and look forward for changes
My coworkers are hard working, kind, reliable and are likely the biggest reason I've stayed for so long.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
poor hiring process leads to under-performing workers which makes work hard for those who have to pick up the slack
we haven't had a meeting in 8 months, half our staff doesn't show up for work
We need to have monthly goals meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouragement and happiness, i try to spread.

Very unique, I can always find answers to my questions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
communication, staff support, fair pay

Eager to elaborate petsonal interest with organization

stop demoralizing good workers, reward for loyalty, give a livable wage
