Good company to work with. Nice work culture no office politics. Flexible work timings, WFH allowed for all employees.

Training for Customer Service Representatives on refunds specifically
The majority of psi test questions were not compatible with anything taught in class. i also purchased the psi training exams and scored very high which gave me a false sense of security. 97% of those questions had nothing to do with the exam. psi is a rip off. they make money each time you fail.
