Get rid of unqualified/unfit people in Management positions who got there because of who they knew or what they did. They're fake, nasty, controlling, clicky, and absolutely by no means are they a real leader AT ALL. Kissing people's a**** might move you up; however, that does not make you a REAL LEADER. I had to deal with this b/s every single day as a Cashier, and it was ugly!!
when cutting hours from employees that have been in the company for years to hire new employees is sooo wrong!!!! They so need to fix that.
Better training in customer service. Sitting someone in a room to watch videos for over 8 hours is really poor training
While I realize no company is perfect. I am not sure where we could improve on the culture of Publix
Go back to the days where they appreciated their hardest working employees. Give the people their bonuses back.
