For the most part, everyone works together, to support each other. What you need to watch out for, is the phycopathic/sociopathic people/managers that attemp to tear you down, to promote their agendas. They will do anything to get ahead and aquire power. When dealing with these people, you MUST shed light on there actions and not just hope things will improve. They don't respond to rational conversations, or kindness, just getting ahead. But the biggest problem with the company is, that corporate/divisional/regional leaders are either knowing, or unknowingly moving these terrible people into higher and higher levels of management. The company is inevitably going to head downhill because of this issue.
