How's the morale at Publix Super Markets?

I could not agree more! Having the wrong people in Management positions who lack leadership skills + compassion, plus this younger generation of workers who don't want to work, but instead, want to play on their phones and talk back to authority is disgusting! I can't believe the level of disrespect this new generation has proven time and time again!! Advice to Publix: Hire those who are respectful to authority, have a maturity about them, want to learn, are willing to learn/grow, and are able to communicate properly (instead of texting).

Very poor. Zero morale. Poor management. Younger generation with lazy work ethic that likes to play on their phones and disrespectful to adults.
