Great mission and people that work for this organization. However, the organization is not very inclusive, and it prioritizes the mission over the wellbeing of its people. IT equipment is slow and Frustrating. New technology, IT, & facility updates are often blocked by security measures or red tape.

Focus on the mission to maintain and modernize our naval fleet. The organization is vital in protecting our saliors and national security

There is a lot of hoops to jump through, the process takes a long time. Some of the interviewers were not very professional or didnt know much about the positions.
