Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We work for foreign company but they value us differently. The title and the job desk that we have is the same with the people who's working in main office. We shouldn't be valued differently with the one in the main office. If it must be different the salaries but at least the differences not huge
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers always good but the issued always on the leadership. We are lacking of good leadership.
