Medical Benefits are a great perk.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We work hard so our managers dont. Our bar manager does nothing to improve work flow and comps young patrons regularly

Upper management ignores problems at the regional and local level. Valid complaints and incomplete process continue to thrive in this environment with no long term solutions offered or reviewed.

As a server or bartender, companies don't have to compensate us because we are earning tips, but in some states, minimum wage is still paid at the very least, but in Utah, they only pay 2.13 and hour. I don't think that just because that is all they HAVE to pay hourly, that they necessarily should.
