Appreciate the workers instead od demanding more and more
They really need to understand the employees
Understanding how hard the couriers work and the dock people and not expect outrageous numbers

Short term and long term incentive program
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel greatly undervalued. I'd like my pay to match the average market rate
We fell like we are just a number
Early full retirement with full benifits
Always being having a feeling of being belittled
I work for 45 to 50 hour par week and they paid for 37.5.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work very hard
Strong collaboration and open for new ideas
The team work very hard in night shift
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If there was consequences for lack of effort put in by employees...then they may apply themselves...but never see a manager and no discipline..equals no motivation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People you work with were rushed with driver helpers
Hostile environment caused by manager and district manager
Safe place to work with lots of growth opportunities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More comunication on changes made

What did you like most about the interview process?
The lies and promises of all the future opportunities thee are in the company. In reality, it's do what we tell you until you can't, then please leave (but it is a union job, so you can't get fired).

Seeing all the customers dogs.
