Review from Finance Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay per job n responsiblities

Underpaid due to big brand name

Pay is very low. They do offer great benefitis which helps balance it out but overall could be paid better.

Comparable work to investment bsnking and so mich fewr salaries in FDD

Higher compensation, more benefits and bonuses

Review from Finance Dept

Pay is below street by far

My compensation is extremely low considering my experience, education, and the amount of work hours they require of us.

I'm not monetary compensated enough for the amount of work I perform, and the experience and knowledge I have.

The company constantly reduces the employee only to performance in the sense of turnover, utilization, etc. and does not see the other added values that one brings in otherwise. I would feel better if success could also be measured by the extent to which you add value, far from presentism and number

Review from Finance Dept

A better salary that is commensurate to the work

Review from Finance Dept

The base for salary should be at global firm level regardless of the economy

Review from Operations Dept

As a staff level member, all of the extra hours I spend go unnoticed and am treated not well due to the pyramid style structure of the girm.

Review from Finance Dept

the amount of work compared to compenstation is not good

Review from IT Dept

The working hours are long and the salary they pay for such amounts of work is too low.Better pay scale and respect would make feel better

Review from Finance Dept

Everything is based on ur proximity to ur boss , too much of favoritism

Review from Operations Dept

PwC SDC does not focus on individual merits and the educational qualification that one possesses. New joiners are being paid much better these days while the salary of the senior members look meagre in comparison.

My compensation vs the work I do and responsibilities are not equivalents. And I think the annual increases are not enough.

Review from Finance Dept

Utilization is about 140%, and bonuses are peanuts.

Review from Finance Dept

I dont feel undervalued but the compensation can be better if the bonus isnt discretionary
