I have a great time. Being new to Q-centrix barely at 6 months I was unsure of how much support I would receive in a remote-based position. I am very fortunate to be placed with a Team Leader who is patient and willing to work with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very about being "comfortable" and that is certainly what I got from reading the company's website job description. I think the company does good in promoting a relaxed environment and that's what attracts new employees. Working from home can be a challenge, but it doesn't have to be
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know not every team in every job is always the "best" and I can't speak for everyone. I am fortunate that my first 2 teams and the only 2 I am still on (since I'm new) are very hardworking individuals and we all strive to meet our deadlines on time or ahead of time. I think we work well together.
