We are all on the same page. Everyone wants the company to suceedd, but everyone is mindful of the flexible model we all love.

I know not every team in every job is always the "best" and I can't speak for everyone. I am fortunate that my first 2 teams and the only 2 I am still on (since I'm new) are very hardworking individuals and we all strive to meet our deadlines on time or ahead of time. I think we work well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings for items that could have been emailed. Working production makes meetings a hindrance.
