What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pto and sick time are great. Health insurance isnt the best not the worst either.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay decreased significantly over the years even though my workload did not. I miss the old case rates. They pushed us to be faster only to use it against us later to justify lower pay.
Abstraction goals are difficult to obtain; which leads to a decrease in wages
What are some of the best things about your team?
They allow you to build confidence and be comfortable asking questions when needed.
Smart team players dedicated to success.
They genuinely care about my success.
Team Leads, minus an exception or two, have been great to work with.
We are all on the same page. Everyone wants the company to suceedd, but everyone is mindful of the flexible model we all love.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings for items that could have been emailed. Working production makes meetings a hindrance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a team motto throughout the company.
Everyone gets to know each other even if not in person.
The will for everyone to succeed.
Commitment to learning and development.
Everyone is super understanding of life in general. We are able to work and achieve great things while stoll being able to maintain a great work-life balanace.

Everything went smoothly. Great communication.
They made me feel comfortable and more of a conversation which is great.
Met several individuals. Not an uptight process

Being able to work from home and still affect the patient's positive outcomes
Accomplishing my goals and helping others accomplish theirs.
Being able to be apart of improving healthcare.

Finding the information I need within a reasonable time frame.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many staff changes so clients can't get used to the quality of work when someone new takes over.
