Everyone is super understanding of life in general. We are able to work and achieve great things while stoll being able to maintain a great work-life balanace.

The culture is very about being "comfortable" and that is certainly what I got from reading the company's website job description. I think the company does good in promoting a relaxed environment and that's what attracts new employees. Working from home can be a challenge, but it doesn't have to be
