- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many staff changes so clients can't get used to the quality of work when someone new takes over.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too many meetings for items that could have been emailed. Working production makes meetings a hindrance.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My pay decreased significantly over the years even though my workload did not. I miss the old case rates. They pushed us to be faster only to use it against us later to justify lower pay.
