What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many staff changes so clients can't get used to the quality of work when someone new takes over.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too many meetings for items that could have been emailed. Working production makes meetings a hindrance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My pay decreased significantly over the years even though my workload did not. I miss the old case rates. They pushed us to be faster only to use it against us later to justify lower pay.
