What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Q2ebanking?
They tell you their benefits are competitive across the industry, but that's not really true for Austin. Insurance premiums are generally cheaper everywhere else, and pay isn't necessarily competitive.
What's the office layout like at Q2ebanking?
Depends on which dept you're in, but generally it's very open. Higher-ups have offices, and everyone else has a table in Engineering. Lots of meeting rooms: some with visibility to the outside (can be very distracting), some smaller with few or no windows. In Implementations, lots of low-wall cubes for nearly everyone. Pretty slick layout of meeting rooms using the game of Clue as a theme. Generally, decor is adequate in engineering, and almost inspired in Implementations.
