Ms. Pamela M. Lopker, also known as Pam, founded QAD Inc. in 1979 as an unincorporated business and has been the Chairman of the Board and President since QAD's incorporation since 1986. Ms. Lopker has over thirty years of enterprise software company experience, extensive software industry expertise and a deep understanding of QAD's products, customers, industry and global operational issues. Her history with and knowledge of, QAD combined with her unique skills is important to the Board's oversight of long-term strategy and provides the Board with a deep understanding of the Company's business and operations. Prior to founding QAD, Ms. Lopker served as a senior systems analyst for Comtek Research from 1977 to 1979. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society. Ms. Lopker holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
