How's the morale at QLess?
I think the company has better prospects than ever. It's better funded, has a bigger team, more customers and a more complete platform on better infrastructure than ever before, it's winning in the marketplace, and has received more national and international recognition than ever. When there are morale issues, and we have them sometimes like every other company, they have to do with dealing with growing pains or simply the large demand for what we do. Most importantly, we have great lines of communication so when issues do occur, they get promptly addressed.
