Mr. James L. Klein has been the Corporate Vice President and President of Infrastructure and Defense Products at Qorvo, Inc. since January 2, 2015. Mr. Klein is responsible for IDP product marketing, R&D, design centers, pricing, sales and specialized sales support. He served as the Vice President of Infrastructure & Defense Products and General Manager of Infrastructure & Defense Products at TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. since September 2012. He served as Vice President of Defense and Aerospace business at TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. since July 7, 2011. He joined TriQuint in July 2011 as Vice President of Defense Products & Foundry Services and was responsible for strategic direction, product roadmap and technology development. Mr. Klein spent 13 years with Raytheon where he served as the general manager of the Advanced Products Center for Raytheon's space and airborne systems. He was responsible for design and manufacturing of advanced RF and microwave subsystems and components. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in RF. Prior to Raytheon, he held various positions with Texas Instruments where he focused on MMIC and Transmit / Receive module engineering. He was with Texas Instruments in program management and engineering roles within the Defense Systems Equipment Group from 1988 to 1998. Mr. Klein holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from Texas A&M University.
