What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Hello, my name is Khumayun, I worked at the Quality Hotel Northern Colorado for more than two months, I got a job through the Samarkand agency, I was not paid extra for the last two weeks, who can I contact?

I would improve the interview process by finding out what everyone needs that need to be met

They will hire absolutely anyone who's willing to take the lowest pay they do not care.

There was no interview. I showed up for an interview and was told to go follow around someone doing the job and help them. I did for 2 hours (unpaid) and then they asked if I thought I could handle it and told me to come back tomorrow.
