Working together and treating every employee the same. Cut out the drama.

They really need to do things by the book stop making short cuts doing employees & customers so wrong for the greed of money. If there was a better manager I'm sure this would improve.

Manager at my location is only there for an hour or two once a week. The front desk person, who is left in charge, but has no title or power, is not helpful in resolving issues, at all.

Leadership is ineffectual. There are really no guidelines as to how to perform your job. The only way we know if we're doing a satisfactory job is by how long it's been since we were yelled at.
