What do you like best about the leadership team?
QRG follows the Traction methodology which fosters vision, communication, culture, focus, and accountability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and explaining what’s going on with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible health plans for each employee.
I've found it higher than comparable companies within the industries that we focus. It's within market rates for the same size businesses. Benefits are expensive everywhere, but we have a fair benefits package, including a 401k match.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work really hard to satisfy multiple demands in an efficient manner. I would say my work is very fast and accurate and I could be paid better or compensated for my work ethic. Everyone gets the same % raise, and some make work harder than others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to meet the goals of our clients and teams. We roll up our sleeves and pitch in to help each other out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
QRG is rooted in 5 core values. These are: Professionalism. Reliability. Doing the Right Thing. Perseverance. Caring. There is a group of employees across all locations that help coordinate culture building and philanthropic events. Culture is reinforced continually through a Core Value Program
Everyone is willing to lend a hand and it feels like family.

It was more of a conversation. Positive aspects of the company, as well as potential challenges, were openly discussed.

I love helping our clients succeed. I also enjoy the relationships.
I absolutely love what I do. It’s creative problem solving so I get to use both sides of my brain
