- What is the best part about your compensation package?I've found it higher than comparable companies within the industries that we focus. It's within market rates for the same size businesses. Benefits are expensive everywhere, but we have a fair benefits package, including a 401k match.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?QRG follows the Traction methodology which fosters vision, communication, culture, focus, and accountability.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work really hard to satisfy multiple demands in an efficient manner. I would say my work is very fast and accurate and I could be paid better or compensated for my work ethic. Everyone gets the same % raise, and some make work harder than others.
