DIVERSITY

Representation is foundational to making the best decisions and building the strongest teams over time. We measure diversity by the representation of historically underrepresented groups. 

We are actively looking to increase the participation of women and Underrepresented Minorities (URMs). URMs include employees of African or African American, LatinX or American Indian, Alaska Native, Native American, and Pacific Islander descent. We support and partner with Historically Black Colleges and Universities. 

EQUITY

We define and measure equity as fair treatment in our employee policies and procedures. We regularly review and audit our processes to ensure equal treatment.

INCLUSION

Each quarter we measure the experience gap between the majority group (the group that is most represented at Qualtrics) and underrepresented groups (the groups that are less represented at Qualtrics). We also focus on the following:

We want everyone to bring their whole selves to work. Our Employee Resource Groups play a vital role in creating a culture of inclusion. These are entirely run by our staff with the support and backing of the company and include the following groups: people with disabilities, LGBTQ , Racial and Ethnic Minorities, Veterans, and Women.

We are an anti-racist company and have an always-on anti-racism movement aimed at creating awareness of systemic racism and eradicating it from the workplace
