What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to spend some time with sctual front line staff and see what we deal with on a daily basis while they are on their unlimited vacations and out of touch with reality and realistic metric numbers. They don't even have an escalation team to help its sad
Open communication, leading by example, establishing clear expectations, providing support and resources, implementing a zero tolerance policy for toxic behavior, encouraging collaboration, addressing conflicts proactively, recognizing PSR contributions
