What do you like best about the leadership team?My manager is supportive and fair
What do you like best about the leadership team? There is a strong sense of family where I work and I love that. Most of want that in the work place and management understands how important that is for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is always willing to help each other with their work. One of the great things about a good team is that everyone is there for each other, that means when one person needs help with something they can't handle on their own someone else will always step in to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I take great issue with how much I get paid vs the responsibilities that give me. I got lots to do but don't get compensated for it the way I believe I deserve.
