great potential to earn a lot of money
My salary is good. Vacation is generous but standard with most companies.
Stock options in addition to 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better Raises, higher pay. We are "Salary" making $19/hr is such a JOKE!

Everyone jumps in to help and they care.

The managers clearly defined my role and experience coming on board with the company. It was positively accurate.
