Meeting our goals and working with a great team. Seeing the success of the company year over year is exciting too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The deep care and concern they show for their employees especially during Covid. They listen to us taking our feedback on remote work into consideration and now offer "workplace flexibility" to where employees decide where they do thier best work whether that is in the office, hybrid or remote.
