Can be disorganized at times, but Quest provides strong benefits and performs well in the market. They are a quickly growing organization that embraces remote work.

Every month their are "gifts" sent out to thank everyone, there are monthly events to give people a chance to just hang out, holiday events, and recently implemented a whole new rewards program to give management an opportunity to reward their teams.

The interview process is long, but for good reason. The HR team manages to find the perfect person every time we have an opening. They don't just want to make sure a candidate is qualified, but that the work they do will be fulfilling personally & professionally. Our HR team is AMAZING.

Right now it's just that I get to work from home (still remote due to Covid). It's a really flexible and comfortable environment. My team knows how to joke around and have fun, so it's not always super serious. I love that!
